  2. Not really. GO No. 11 tends to qualify and distinguish the kind of watchfulness to be exercised by the guard between day and night time. It should have been written :"TO BE ESPECIALLY WATCHFUL AT "ALL" TIMES"

    1. dont just read the words dude. analyze it. there's no such thing as ''BE ESPECIALLY WATCHFUL AT ALL TIMES'' so where's ''especially'' thing about that?? no doubt its ''Be especially watchful at night''. u should consider security guards are watchful at all times but they should be ''especially watchful at night''.. got it??

      Delete
    2. Lian Mallanao is right. "Especially watchful at night" has the underlying statement that the person/guard is already watchful during his/her duty and is just indicating that they should be more watchful at night.

    4. this is better "to be especially watchful at code red or full alert situation".

    5. "AND DURING THE TIME OF CHALLENGING" EXPLAINS IT ALL.

    7. no more " to be especially watchful at night", because night is also the time of challenging so the sentence is redundant.

    2. Ihu,walang penalty yan.remember 5487 law rule 111 section e.stated there 8s no such things written in the implementing rule and regulation in 5487 to perform other function that is not inlined in security function.security function is guarding,& maintain peace & order in the place of his duty.and not to do other function not relater to his profession as security.

  10. Have a super bad experience in line with a security guards....
I'm a night shift worker in an online company for almost 2 years now , our company decide to have a security guard just last year and we have this new security just this month only it seems so very boastful , every time i have to end my duty (12:30 midnight) she always ask me what's inside my bag ? and the other co-workers of mine never ask that questions ,it seems that the security guard accusing me that i have something in my bag ....knowing I'am the first one together with my co-worker to let my bag check by her .... I feel annoyed of that incidents..... before we enter the building there is security guard in the main entrance and if we enter in our office another security guard is there as well.. Security guards in the main entrance never do that one for almost 2 years for me and I always allow them to check my bag ,...by the way my bag is full of stuff (headset , foods , phones , etc...) I start at 12:00 in the afternoon and end at 12:30 midnight !!I just have 30 mins. break for my dinner ......
I know some rules of a security guard and I respect them but at this point , no .......

    1. if you let her check your bag just make sure that you open your bag wide so that she will see all your stuff. maybe she never ask you like that again.

    2. Iha, you said that your compqny is hired onother additional security or forces to check individual coming out or in inside the company premises.security is the extention of the management fresking and body search and bags are the policy of the company and the.contracted security is to implement the said policies.and no one is excuse on that company rules and regulation.consider that you are under survillance security never accuse anyone but they were advice to check more strictly to a certain person or employee of the company.
